Our Stained Glass products are all hand made and created in the Tiffany Method. The Tiffany method is done with copper foil and solder. Each piece is hand cut and then ground to fit like a jig saw puzzle. Once these steps are completed the copper foil is wrapped and burnished around each piece. No matter how large or small the piece of glass is. The next step is to tack solder and then work on the finish bead. The soldering process has to be done on both side to insure that the piece will be structurally sound. Then the clean up process starts.. On the larger pieces we put a copper re-bar into the panel. This is not noticeable to the to the customer, because this is woven into the glass structure. This adds extra strength to the structure so it won't bow or crack.. Our Fused glass products are made with several techniques. We work with
the traditional jig saw method in fusing, enamels, kiln carving, sandblasting,
dichroic glass, copper wire and mess, glass paints, and frits. please
